At AIESEC we believe that youth holds the key to unlock a better future and we know that youth wants to unlock a better future.
We conducted the YouthSpeak Survey, run by AIESEC, a global insight survey created by youth for youth. The survey has been open for a one-year period and gathered over 50,000 responses. We asked youth from over 100+ countries and territories what their dreams and aspirations are for the future, what skills they consider critical for the #FututereOfWork, and what corporations, governments, and organizations need to focus on to create a youth-inclusive tomorrow.
