During this session, we will:
Discuss the impact of Covid 19 on mental and emotional well-being
Present the Quan Well-being framework – it looks at key dimensions which affect an individual’s state of well-being (curated with academics and over 50 well-being experts). Dimensions include: Mind, Body, meaning, Self-fulfillment and social connectedness
Discuss what organisations, leaders and individuals can do to improve well-being (especially during the current “Covid 19” pandemic)
