Cracking the Code to Scale

Cracking the code to scale will feature an interactive exercise and examples of social enterprises that have cracked the code to scale - even in the face of Corona - through ‘pivots’ and strategic scaling strategies. Facilitated by DRK Foundation, participants will work together to explore a series of key questions that have helped social entrepreneurs grow exponentially and are at the base of many scaling strategies. Peepul an Indian education enterprise and Vula Mobile a South African tech platform that is solving critical bottleneck in the delivery of quality care across all of Africa will be on hand to share their stories and lead participant dialogues. This workshop is targeted toward, entrepreneurs, foundations, donors and investors interested in successful scaling strategies.
